Recent updates have been rough. I get signed out without warning and then cannot log back in — it claims my details are wrong even though the desktop site works fine. Live bet tracking is hit or miss as well; stats show up one minute and disappear the next. When everything runs smoothly the experience is excellent with plenty of boosts and offers, and I still trust the brand — but the mobile app has clearly slipped lately.

The app is decent overall, though the odds seem weaker than they used to be. During major fixtures it is often hard to log in or place a wager — the servers barely keep up with peak traffic. For a platform known for live betting, that is disappointing. Fingerprint login is another pain: one failed scan drops you back to password entry, and after a couple of wrong tries the account locks. Trying to bet while out watching a match can get frustrating.

The refreshed football form guide is hard to read. The colour coding does not clearly separate wins, draws and losses — wins should stand out in green, losses in red and draws in yellow. White text on a yellow background in the league table is especially tough on the eyes. Please rethink these design choices to make match form easier to scan at a glance.

Easily the most feature-rich betting app I have tried, yet also the least stable on my phone. I usually have to restart it at least twice before anything responds. Login screens pop up constantly even when I was already signed in. I still keep it for the market depth, but fighting access issues wastes time every week. These login problems have dragged on for years with no real fix in sight.
